Specify your corner radii in mm.
We will assume the orientation of your sheet matches the diagram below. To leave a corner square enter a value of 0.

Please note, there is not a standard radius. If you are unsure, we would recommend that the radius is equal to the sheet thickness. I.e. 3mm thick material would have a 3mm radius corner.

This feature gives you the ability to have your sheet pre-drilled with four holes (one in each corner) for easy mounting.

For panels with a longest side of over 1000mm we recommend two extra holes for wall mounting to reduce flex. These will be placed half way along the longest side at no extra charge. If you require these extra holes please specify in the special instructions at the checkout.

Specify your location for these holes by entering a value in mm for the distance between the edge of the sheet and the center of the hole as shown in the diagram by x or y.

Please note: If you do not upload a sketch, we will contact you via email to arrange this after your order has been placed. This may delay your order.

Extruded acrylic sheets can reach almost ten times the impact-resistance of glass, making them less susceptible to breakages by common hazards such as footballs or Wii remotes.

Key Features:

  • Higher impact resistance than glass
  • Gloss finish suitable for range of applications
  • UV resistant
  • Highly durable
  • Should not be used directly behind heat source
  • Sheet manufacturing process: Extruded
  • Supplied with protective film on both sides

In addition to its high-tolerance to trauma, it boasts a UV resistance and a 15 to 20 year lifespan when used outside, with very little between it and the elements.

Ideal for a range of applications, extruded acrylic is blessed with a bright finish and a consistent thickness, making it perfectly suited for customisation and personalised fabrication. Additionally, it fuses remarkably well with appropriate solvent based adhesives.

Extruded acrylic has a lower forming temperature than cast acrylic, making it exceedingly easier to mould and reshape when the need arises. The material is easily cut and drilled with common power tools found in the average home, but care must be taken to ensure the material is not pushed too hard as this may result in it splitting.

Suitable for a huge range of applications, coloured acrylic is quickly becoming the prevalent choice of material for kitchen splashbacks rather than the expensive glass alternative. The extensive colour palette we offer is assured to jazz-up any kitchen.

Other features of acrylic sheets include:

  • Half the weight of glass
  • Unaffected by sun or salt spray
  • Temperature range of -30 to 160° F for continuous service
  • Good outdoor weathering
  • Easy and cost effective fabrication
  • Fully recyclable
  • Excellent surface hardness and durability
  • Superb chemical resistance - better than most plastics
  • Food safe
  • Easy to clean and maintain
Please Note: Acrylic sheets should not be used at the rear of gas/electric hobs without protection or within close proximity to a high heat source.

Colour of sheets may differ slightly due to variances in your computer display.

Applications

Coloured acrylic sheet is a lightweight and strong material with a superb aesthetic which is suitable for a variety of uses including:

  • Retail displays
  • Kitchen splashbacks
  • Bathroom splashbacks
  • Advertising boards
  • Wall cladding
  • Innovative interior design

Q. Is acrylic sheeting suitable for use as a splashback behind a hob or oven?

A: No. Temperatures of over 60°C will affect acrylic, so it is not suitable for use in close proximity to heatsources. A popular solution is to protect the acrylic splashback directly behind the heat source with a sheet of toughened glass.
