Specify your corner radii in mm.
We will assume the orientation of your sheet matches the diagram below. To leave a corner square enter a value of 0.

Please note, there is not a standard radius. If you are unsure, we would recommend that the radius is equal to the sheet thickness. I.e. 3mm thick material would have a 3mm radius corner.

This feature gives you the ability to have your sheet pre-drilled with four holes (one in each corner) for easy mounting.

For panels with a longest side of over 1000mm we recommend two extra holes for wall mounting to reduce flex. These will be placed half way along the longest side at no extra charge. If you require these extra holes please specify in the special instructions at the checkout.

Durable and cost-effective, these high-gloss acrylic sheets are a superb, multi-purpose material that fit comfortably in all areas of life, especially in those situations where high quality presentation is essential. One layer of the sheets have been enhanced with a coating of high gloss colour, which produces a dazzling and penetrating colour.

Key Features:

  • A cost effective and lightweight alternative to glass
  • UV absorbent
  • High gloss with a large pallet of colours available
  • Impact resistant
  • Fire Rating: E (Test Standard: DIN ED 13501)
  • Supplied with protective film on both sides

High gloss acrylic sheets are perfect for targeted presentation and general exhibiting, but can be equally as effective in kitchens, hospitals or showers. The sheets come in an array of different colours which will effortlessly accommodate even the most obscure and exclusive requirements.

Because of their light colour, our sheets of White-Silver High Gloss Acrylic do allow for a small degree of light transmission. It is for this same reason that we would also strongly recommend not fixing them to dark coloured surfaces, or ones with blemishes such as tape or dried adhesives; as these may become visible through the material.

Colour of sheets may differ slightly due to variances in your computer display.

Applications

Common applications where the aesthetic of high gloss acrylic is employed include:

  • Bathroom splashbacks
  • Kitchen splashbacks
  • Presentation boards
  • Retail displays
  • Wall cladding
  • Signage

Q. Is acrylic sheeting suitable for use as a splashback behind a hob or oven?

A: No. Temperatures of over 60°C will affect acrylic, so it is not suitable for use in close proximity to heatsources. A popular solution is to protect the acrylic splashback directly behind the heat source with a sheet of toughened glass.
