Welcome to our request a sample page, please choose up to three materials you wish to be sent samples of.
We will charge £5.00+VAT (free economy delivery) for this service but we will reimburse you this charge if you go onto make an order on the site of over £50.00 in material value.
Samples are sent out using a Royal Mail service and will often arrive quicker than the quoted 5 - 7 working days.
The size of the samples are approx 75mm x 75mm but sizes may vary slightly depending on availability.
Please note: to be reimbursed you must make your purchase with the same account as you ordered the samples from. Also, please be aware that we cannot offer our samples in any specific thickness.

I ordered these to help me choose which colour i liked the best and if it would look alright, these samples helped me do this

Arrived promptly, samples were 5mm thick, better than some other suppliers who send 3mm thick samples which don't have the depth of colour that a 5mm sample has.

Received samples which enabled me to pick the correct material and colour for my project as there are different whites. The cost of samples has been deducted from my order and I look foward to receiving my materials.

All delivery deadlines are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no questions asked.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We now offer several delivery services to best suit our customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)
Our nominated delivery service allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.
If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 working days from the current date.
Sundays and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.
How can I track the status of my order?
We pride ourselves on great customer service and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. If you require extra information please contact our customer support team on 01752 917434 or email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number in all communications with us.
We have an excellent relationship with our courier service and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.
Delivery to alternate address
If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.
Collecting orders in person
If you wish to collect your order in person please select 'collect in person' from the delivery options in the checkout. All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges.
