Damaged Delivery

Due to the fragility of some of our materials, customers must check their order and report back to us within 72 hours from receipt of delivery to be able to claim a replacement or refund if any damage has taken place during delivery. Prior to your order leaving us, our team quality checks your material to ensure no damages have occurred during the manufacturing or packaging process. Customers must check over their delivery and photograph any damages they can see on either the packaging or the material itself. 

Delivery Check Process​

In order to claim a refund or a replacement, the steps below need to be followed:

1. Photograph any damages of the packaging

If you notice anything wrong about your packaging once you have received delivery such as scratches, scuffs or holes, please take images that clearly show the damage.  

2. Photograph any damages to the protective film

If you notice any marks on the protective film, please take clear images of this before removing any film. 

3. Check the material

If you believe that the damaged that has occurred on the packaging or protective film has also penetrated the material itself, please carefully peel back the protective film until you reach the damage on the material. Do not take off the protective film entirely or we may not be able to help with your claim.

4. Let us know

If any damages have occurred, you need to let us know immediately with photos in order to proceed with a refund or replacement efficiently. You can either email us images of your damages at info@cutplastichseeting.co.uk or, fill out the form below.

Damages need to be alerted to the team within 72 hours from receipt of delivery.

You can notify our customer service team by either email us with your images at info@cutplasticsheeting.co.uk or by filling out the damage claims form.

Once an a replacement or refund has been agreed, our team will action the next steps as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 5 working days and replacements can be send within 2 – 5 working days depending on stock.

You are not able to claim from a replacement or refund if all the protective film has been removed.

If you have handled the material you are not able to claim for a refund or replacement.
