UK Delivery Rates

The below rates are for standard mainland UK postcodes. 

*If your order needs to be delivered on a pallet, additional payment may be required

Please add one additional working day to your lead time for shipping. Lead time and delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Express delivery is only available on certain products. If your chosen material is available for express delivery, this will be shown as an additional option on the checkout. 

We aim to deliver all orders on time, however, due to high demand at present there might be a slight delay. All delivery deadlines are subject to stock availability – in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. 

Ordering to a non-mainland UK address?

We are able to despatch orders to non-mainland UK addresses depending on the material and quantity. Please contact our sales team for a quotation. 

How We Pack Orders

We strive for outstanding service before, during and after a customer has purchased with us! It is hugely important to our team that our customers get their order delivered to them safely so they can use it straight away for their DIY or commercial projects!

For Larger Orders...

For larger orders, we will either place a wooden frame around the side for extra protection, or a pallet may be required if the material is over a certain weight. 

Please note, if a pallet is required, additional charges may apply. 

Additional Charges May Apply

In some cases, our lead times and delivery charges may differ. If you have an order which includes a large number of panels, or panels of a large size we may need to delay the lead time. If a pallet is also required, additional charges may apply. Our customer service team will inform you within 24 hours of placing an order to let you know if the lead time or delivery charge needs to be adjusted.

Delivery FAQ's:

All samples are delivered free of charge and are sent out by Royal Mail service and will often arrive quicker than the quoted 5 – 7 working days.

We now offer several delivery services to best suit our customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

If you wish to collect your order in person from our premises in Devon, there is an option to do so during the checkout process. All orders collected in person will not incur a delivery charge.

If you have any special instructions for delivery, please include them in the ‘special instructions section at the checkout.

We use two couriers, and which one your order arrives with will depend on how big your order is. For any order under 1m x 1m, we use DPD. For any orders over 1m x 1m, we will use Tuffnells.

Yes, both our couriers will require a signature upon delivery.

In some instances, additional payments may be required. This can either be due to the requirement of a pallet or if you wish to deliver outside of mainland UK.  

During the order process you will receive several emails updating you on the process of your order, including when it has been dispatched. If you require any more information, please contact our customer service team on 01752 917434.


If you have any queries regarding delivery please ring our team on 01752 917434. If we cannot deliver your order within the specified period, we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date for your order. If we cannot agree a delivery date with you, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund for it.
