Description
Aluminium Composite Gym & Dance Studio Mirrors
Aluminum composite mirrors offer several benefits for gym use and can be used in commercial or home gyms and in dance studios. Manufactured with two aluminium layers sandwiching a polyethylene core, it provides enhanced durability, making it more resistant to breakages and shattering compared to traditional glass mirrors. This means that in the event of a break, the use of aluminum materials minimises the risk of serious injuries from scattered shards. Additionally, their moisture resistance is advantageous in gym environments, as they are less prone to fogging or developing water spots, making them suitable for high humidity levels typically found in gyms and studios.

Gym & Dance Studio Mirrors FAQs
How To Install Dance Studio & Gym Mirrors Onto A Wall?
Depending on the size of the panel we would recommend either securing your mirror to the wall using screws or with a CT1 sealant on the back. It is important however to make sure your walls are properly prepared and cleaned removing any dirt, dust, and obstructions.
Why Should I Use Aluminium Mirror Instead of an Acrylic Mirror?
Choosing between an aluminum mirror and an acrylic mirror depends on various factors and the specific needs of your situation. Aluminum mirrors tend to be more durable than acrylic mirrors. They are less prone to scratching and damage from impacts, making them suitable for environments where there is a higher risk of accidental collisions or contact with equipment. Aluminum mirrors also offer a higher level of reflectivity compared to acrylic mirrors. They provide a clearer and more accurate reflection, making them ideal for applications where precise reflections are important, such as in gyms or dance studios.
Why Should I Use Aluminium Mirror Instead of a Glass Mirror?
One of the most important benefits an aluminium composite mirror has over a glass mirror is the level of safety it can bring to a gym. In the event that an aluminum mirror does break, it is less likely to cause serious injuries compared to shattered glass. It reduces the risk of cuts and other accidents, making them a safer choice, particularly in areas with high foot traffic or where there is a potential for impact. Additionally, aluminum mirrors are generally more resistant to moisture compared to glass mirrors. They are less prone to fogging or developing water spots, making them suitable for environments with high humidity levels, such as bathrooms or swimming pool areas. This moisture resistance can help maintain the mirror’s clarity and extend its lifespan.
