Integral Foam PVC has the mechanical properties to perform structural functions usually achieved with MDF whilst weighing about half as much. In addition, the homogenous core does not split or delaminate when screwed into and is water resistant.
Integral Foam PVC is very versatile to work with, it can be sawn, routed, drilled and filled and glues well with superglue. It is the ideal material for many DIY projects with the added advantage that it does not need to be paired or finished due to its smooth tough skin.
