Our custom acrylic window seals are made to fit your exact window opening, with a precision-cut vent hole sized specifically for your AC hose. This keeps cold air inside, hot air outside, and helps your portable AC cool your room far more efficiently.
Installation is quick, tool-free, and fully removable. At the end of summer, simply take it down and reinstall it next year.
How to Order
Important: You only need the exhaust hose from your portable AC unit — the original window adapter is not required.
1. Measure Your Window Opening
Measure the height × width of the open window gap.
If you are using our velcro to attach the panel, we recommend adding 20mm (or the thickness of the velcro) to both height and width to allow space for the velcro fixing tape to secure the panel to the window.
2. Choose Your Hose Cut-Out & Location of Cutout
Select Yes for a cut-out in addition to extras, and upload a simple sketch showing your hose size and shape or list them in the additional instructions — most portable AC units use either 130mm or 150mm hoses.
Location of cutout - Enter the dimensions or approximate position for your cut-out in the order notes. If you need the cut-out placed in an exact location, please upload a simple sketch showing the size and position required. We recommend a minimum of 30mm in from the edge of the panel.
3. Fixings
After adding your Air Conditioning Window Panel to the cart, visit our Velcro Tape section and make sure you order enough tape to cover the full perimeter of your panel for a secure fit. Get your Velcro Tape Here.
