Description

Polypropylene sheet is celebrated for its high resistance to chemicals in environments where it may come into contact with corrosive substances. In addition to its excellent chemical resistance, it is also resistant to fatigue and can be fabricated, machined and thermoformed.

Its resistance to fatigue is thanks to the ‘inherent hinge property’, which means the material will withstand repeated flexing and movement. Polypropylene is an incredibly strong material, which is also impermeable to water vapour and will withstand repeated steam cleaning.

This makes it an excellent cost-effective choice for hygienic wall cladding in applications such as food preparation areas, hospitals, care homes and anywhere where an easy to maintain hygienic wall covering is needed.

Please Note: Polypropylene is an engineering/industrial grade material which may have imperfections in the surface – we therefore would not recommend this material is used for aesthetic purposes.

Comes with protective film on both sides (except for 1mm thick, which has film on one side)

Delivery Rates

*For orders placed before 12pm (Midday). For orders placed after 12pm (Midday) this service is 3 - 4 working days.

**Express delivery is available on certain products only. You may select your shipping options during the checkout.

Please note some postcodes e.g. Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight may incur excess shipping charges, we reserve the right to request this from out customers before shipment. If you do not want to incur this additional cost you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

All delivery deadline are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no-questions asked.

How Quickly will my order arrive?

We now offer several delivery services to best suit out customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

Sample Delivery Rates

All samples are delivered free of charge.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)

Out nominated delivery services allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday_ then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 workings days from the current date.

Sunadys and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer services and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. Packaging information

We have an excellent relationship with our courier services and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.

Delivery to alternate address

If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.

Collecting orders in person

If you wish to collect your order in person please select ‘collect in person’ from the delivery options in the checkout.All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges. Our premises is located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon.
