High-Performance Double Sided Tape comes in 50 metre long rolls and is 25mm wide. Perfect for securely mounting acrylic kitchen splashbacks, mirrors and letters onto walls and various other substrates. Each roll of our double-sided tape is made up of a tackified acrylic-based adhesive and a polyethylene foam backing. The double-Sided PE Foam Tapes are certified for furniture mirror mounting by an independent regulatory body.
Extremely strong and incredibly versatile, this double-sided tape is suitable for outdoor use as well as indoor use and is resistant to damage from water and UV rays. What’s more, these adhesive tapes possess a high bonding strength that takes effect immediately and will not lessen over time. In fact, the bond created by this double-sided tape only gets stronger once it has been applied.

How do I use Double Sided PE Foam Tape to attach my Splashback”, “Mirror”, and “Letters” to a wall?
The most important thing before fitting any acrylic panels is that the surface must be flat, dry, clean and grease-free. If the surface is porous (e.g plaster, MDF, new wood, etc.) then it is necessary to seal the surface first, which can be done with a watered-down PVA. Once completely dry, any raised grain, lumps and bumps should be flatted off with a quick rub with fine sandpaper.
Then all you have to do is apply our special Double Sided PE Foam Tape in vertical strips with a spacing of about 150mm.
