Description

Also known as Raynobond, Raybond or Dilite, Red Dibond Aluminium Composite panels have a myriad of properties that makes them an ideal material for any and all signage tasks. Amongst these is its considerable durability and resilience in the face of applied forces and weather conditions.

Dibond sheets can not only brush off physical pressures spread widely across its surface area, but also the specific pin-point pressure that is applied by nails and screws, which would crack other materials.

The reason Dibond sheets can withstand such pressures is due to its composition. Each sheet consists of a polyethylene veneered with aluminium, which is how it is able to possess the benefits of both a plastic sheet and a metal one

The applied aluminium film is given a different finish on either side of the sheet; one side being matte and the other glossy. Both sides can be effectively printed upon, which along with its high-temperature resistance, contributes to its outstanding performance in signage; as well as the fabrication of temporary structures such as kiosks and portable buildings.

Please Note:

Our current machines work to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. Please enter your requirements to the nearest whole mm. We may sometimes substitute Dibond for other aluminium composite sheets which have almost identical physical properties. If you have any concerns about this please contact our sales team on 01752 917434 prior to ordering.

Delivery Rates

*For orders placed before 12pm (Midday). For orders placed after 12pm (Midday) this service is 3 - 4 working days.

**Express delivery is available on certain products only. You may select your shipping options during the checkout.

Please note some postcodes e.g. Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight may incur excess shipping charges, we reserve the right to request this from out customers before shipment. If you do not want to incur this additional cost you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

All delivery deadline are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no-questions asked.

How Quickly will my order arrive?

We now offer several delivery services to best suit out customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

Sample Delivery Rates

All samples are delivered free of charge.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)

Out nominated delivery services allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday_ then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 workings days from the current date.

Sunadys and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer services and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. Packaging information

We have an excellent relationship with our courier services and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.

Delivery to alternate address

If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.

Collecting orders in person

If you wish to collect your order in person please select ‘collect in person’ from the delivery options in the checkout.All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges. Our premises is located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon.
