Description

Foamex is a rigid, hard wearing PVC that is compressed and very strong. We supply Forex Print which is a premium grade rigid foam sheet specifically engineered for print applications.

Key Features:

  • Brilliant white, smooth even surface
  • Can be directly printed on (maximum sheet size for digital print is 2500mm x 2000mm)
  • Strong, but lightweight
  • Rigid, durable and hard wearing
  • Optimum ink adhesion and colour fastness
  • Can be cut and shaped with most tools
  • Suitable for short to medium-term interior and exterior applications
  • Not suitable for long-term external use
  • Supplied with protective film on both sides (except for 8mm & 10mm thick, which has film on one side)
  • BS 476-7 Class 1 rating – difficult to ignite and self-extinguishing
  • Matte white on both sides
  • Cut to your size requirements

Foamex PVC board is strong, lightweight and suitable for a variety of signage and creative projects.  It can be cut to any form, size or shape with ease using your typical hand tools, and can also be heat bent and glued.

Also known as Foamalite, foam PVC and foam board, this material has an abundance of useful attributes that have made it renowned worldwide.

Please Note: 8mm thickness is Forex Classic rather than Forex Print. This comes with only one side of protective film and is still well suited for digital and screen printing.

Please note, if you require a panel with digital print the maximum sheet size is 2500mm x 2000mm.

Please Note: 1mm Polypropylene does not come with protective film to protect against light scuffs and scratches.

Delivery Rates

*For orders placed before 12pm (Midday). For orders placed after 12pm (Midday) this service is 3 - 4 working days.

**Express delivery is available on certain products only. You may select your shipping options during the checkout.

Please note some postcodes e.g. Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight may incur excess shipping charges, we reserve the right to request this from out customers before shipment. If you do not want to incur this additional cost you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

All delivery deadline are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no-questions asked.

How Quickly will my order arrive?

We now offer several delivery services to best suit out customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

Sample Delivery Rates

All samples are delivered free of charge.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)

Out nominated delivery services allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday_ then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 workings days from the current date.

Sunadys and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer services and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. Packaging information

We have an excellent relationship with our courier services and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.

Delivery to alternate address

If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.

Collecting orders in person

If you wish to collect your order in person please select ‘collect in person’ from the delivery options in the checkout.All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges. Our premises is located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon.
