Polishing the edge of a sheet will remove any marks left from cutting and give a crisp, clean look. If the material is clear, then you will be able to see through to the other side.

Polished finishing cannot be added to a sheet larger than 1500mm

Specify your location for the holes by entering a value in mm for the distance between the edge of the sheet and the centre of the hole. Holes placed in corners will be spaced evenly from both edges.

Hole Diameter must be between 5mm and 50mm

The hole location you entered places the edge of the hole too close to the edge of the sheet, the minimum hole location for your hole diameter is 15mm

We understand it's important to see the quality of our products before you commit to a big order, which is why you can order samples to help decide which product is best suited to your needs.

Our samples are approximately 75mm x 75mm but sizes may vary slightly depending on availability. We cannot offer samples in any specific thickness.

We will charge £2.50+VAT (free delivery) for this service but we will automatically reimburse you this charge if you go on to make an order on the site of over £50.00 excluding VAT and delivery.

Important Notes

  • Our current machines work to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. Please enter your requirements to the nearest whole mm. Acrylic sheets should not be used at the rear of gas/electric hobs without protection or within close proximity to a high heat source.
  • Due to the manufacturing process of cast acrylic, the thickness of the sheet has a maximum tolerance of +/-10%.

**Express delivery is available on certain products only. You may select your shipping options during the checkout.

Please note some postcodes e.g. Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight may incur excess shipping charges, we reserve the right to request this from out customers before shipment. If you do not want to incur this additional cost you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

All delivery deadline are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no-questions asked.

Sample Delivery Rates

All samples are delivered free of charge.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)

Out nominated delivery services allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday_ then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 workings days from the current date.

Sunadys and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer services and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. Packaging information

We have an excellent relationship with our courier services and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.

Delivery to alternate address

If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.

Collecting orders in person

If you wish to collect your order in person please select ‘collect in person’ from the delivery options in the checkout.All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges. Our premises is located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon.
