Polishing the edge of a sheet will remove any marks left from cutting and give a crisp, clean look. If the material is clear, then you will be able to see through to the other side.

Polished finishing cannot be added to a sheet larger than 1500mm

Specify your location for the holes by entering a value in mm for the distance between the edge of the sheet and the centre of the hole. Holes placed in corners will be spaced evenly from both edges.

Description

A popular choice of material for areas that require high levels of hygiene, sheet acrylic boasts a high resistance to chemicals and is simple to maintain. Acrylic’s resistance to chemicals and easy upkeep has made it a very popular choice for kitchen worktops and surfaces in restaurants, pubs and homes.

Since its inception, acrylic has always been a popular alternative to glass as it can have the same transparent clarity but is also lighter and more durable. In addition to this, acrylic (also known as Perspex) is available in a large number of vivid colours, which means it can be simply incorporated into any area, in any style. Other key features include:

  • Temperature range of -30 to 160°F for continuous service
  • Good outdoor weathering
  • Easy and cost effective fabrication
  • Fully recyclable

  • Supplied with protective film on both sides
  • Class E DIN EN ISO 13501-1 fire rating

Please be aware that this extremely vibrant pink material needs to be fixed to a blemish-free wall, ideally with a white or light background.  Dark blemishes or tape can sometimes show witness marks though the front face of the material.

 

Important Notes

  • To get an accurate representation of the colour, please order a sample as computer displays can differ
  • We recommend all acrylic sheets are not installed closer than 200mm to an open heat source such as a gas/electric hob.
  • Our machines work to a tolerance of +/- 1mm. Please enter your requirements to the nearest whole mm.
  • Due to the manufacturing process of cast acrylic, the thickness of the sheet has a maximum tolerance of +/-10%.

Delivery Rates

*For orders placed before 12pm (Midday). For orders placed after 12pm (Midday) this service is 3 - 4 working days.

**Express delivery is available on certain products only. You may select your shipping options during the checkout.

Please note some postcodes e.g. Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight may incur excess shipping charges, we reserve the right to request this from out customers before shipment. If you do not want to incur this additional cost you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

All delivery deadline are subject to stock availability - in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no-questions asked.

How Quickly will my order arrive?

We now offer several delivery services to best suit out customers needs. Please see the shipping rates table for estimated delivery times associated with each service.

Sample Delivery Rates

All samples are delivered free of charge.

Nominated Delivery (request a delivery date)

Out nominated delivery services allows you to specify a day which your order is delivered on. Simply select nominated delivery in the checkout and then choose the date most convenient for you.

If your order is placed before 12pm (Midday_ then the earliest available date will be 4 working days from the current date. If your order order is placed after 12pm (Midday) then the earliest available date will be 5 workings days from the current date.

Sunadys and Bank Holidays are not available for nominated delivery. Currently nominated delivery is only available for UK mainland addresses only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We pride ourselves on great customer services and communication – during the order process you will receive several emails to keep you up to date with the status of your order and also when it has been dispatched. Packaging information

We have an excellent relationship with our courier services and all orders are meticulously packed using a variety of materials to ensure the sheets arrive in excellent condition. Where necessary, larger sheets may be shipped on a pallet(s) to guarantee against breakage.

Delivery to alternate address

If you require your order to be sent to an address different to the billing address you may do this during the checkout process.

Collecting orders in person

If you wish to collect your order in person please select ‘collect in person’ from the delivery options in the checkout.All orders collected in person will not incur any delivery charges. Our premises is located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate, Devon.
